TUDOR watch brand partners with TD Five Boro Bike Tour

Swiss-made watch brand TUDOR and Bike New York have announced their partnership for the TD Five Boro Bike Tour. The 40-mile tour is the largest charitable bike ride in the world, boasting over 32,000 participants each year and is hosted by Bike New York. TUDOR's sponsorship of the tour comes on the heels of a number of other sports and professional cycling partnerships undertaken by the brand, including the role of official timekeepers for Inter Miami CF, an American professional soccer club based in Miami, becoming the official timekeepers of the Giro d'Italia as well as the entire RCS family of races that include Monuments like the Classic Milano-Sanremo and Il Lombardia; and partnering with Swiss cycling legend Fabian Cancellara to lead TUDOR Pro Cycling Team, comprised of some of the most daring cyclists from around the world.

Leading dairy brand Amul sponsors USA Cricket in Men's T20 World Cup

USA Cricket has announced that world-leading dairy brand Amul has signed as Lead Arm sponsor of its men's national cricket team for the highly-anticipated ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024. The prestigious ICC tournament will commence on June 1st this year, with the opening match scheduled between USA and Canada in Dallas, TX. As co-hosts of this major ICC event, the USA will make its debut appearance in this global championship. The association with Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), responsible for marketing milk and milk products under the brand name Amul, is a significant step towards expanding and popularising cricket across the nation, suggests the club. Having initiated their association with international cricket back in 2011 through the Netherlands' cricket team, Amul has maintained a strong bond with the sport by supporting various international teams in numerous ICC events.

Abuja-based football team Like-Minds FC has announced Greenhouse International Ventures Limited as the club's sponsor. Greenhouse International Ventures Limited are the developers of Kuje Main Market and also the developers of Moremi Market, Ife Osun State, under the Chairmanship of Bar. Ose Ogunkorode and Vice Chairman, High Chief Gidado Tajudeen Olaleke. High Chief Gidado Tajudeen Olaleke also doubles as the Chairman, Finamedia Global Services Limited - the developers of Gwagwalada International Market in Abuja. The club has added that the sponsorship agreement is set to bring about remarkable improvements in its day-to-day activities. Greenhouse International Ventures Limited will appear on all the club's jersey and all publication materials. The club currently sits at the top of Nationwide League One.

Carrefour provides major sponsorship support for Kyambogo Ultra Challenge Run

Carrefour Uganda has announced sponsorship worth UGX 7 million toward the Kyambogo Ultra Challenge Run scheduled for this Saturday, 4th May, at the Kyambogo University Cricket Oval. The sponsorship is seen as aligning with Carrefour's commitment to the health and well-being of the communities it serves, while leveraging the power of sport to bring people together. The race has been held every year since 2010 and is the first ultra-challenge marathon organised in Uganda, serving as a test of fitness for athletes from numerous running clubs across Kampala city and beyond who are interested in participating in continental marathons. Carrefour opened its first outlet in Uganda in 2019, and currently operates over 130 hypermarkets, supermarkets and online stores in 15 countries across the region, with plans to extend into 38 countries in the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and Russia.

Unilever has announced its partnership with CONMEBOL Copa América USA 2024™, with four Personal Care brands named as Official Sponsors. Axe, Degree/Rexona, Dove and Dove Men+Care will be integrated throughout the tournament, which will span 14 cities in the United States from June 20th to July 14th. The agreement reinforces the company's commitment to boosting confidence to move and celebrating the strength of the global football community with a series of special experiences for football fans across the United States. This 48th edition of the tournament will return to the United States for the first time since 2016, where Copa América Centenario set a new record in attendance with nearly 1.5 million fans.
